The chick pea spread sandwich pops. Excellent flavor concentration and general sandwich density: which spells perfect comfort and satisfaction. A sandwich of that caliber could easily be served all month or even as a permanent house specialty.
Salad was good too: beautiful little thing with the light green cabbage against large discs of yellowish orange and little discs of bright orange carrot. Looked like a little pattern painting when I opened the box. Hazel nuts gave it a nice fat nutty bottom.
